## Frequently asked questions

### What photos should I send?

A photo of your smile from the front, one from each side, and one of your upper and lower teeth from above and below if you can. A panoramic X-ray from the last 6–12 months helps a lot for implants.

### I don't have an X-ray. Can I still get a plan?

Yes. We can give you a plan and price from photos; for implants it will be confirmed with a free 3D X-ray at the clinic before treatment starts.

### What happens with my photos?

They are seen only by our dentists and coordinator, stored securely and used only to prepare your plan, as described in our privacy policy.
