How long do you need to stay in Turkey for dental implants?
Most patients need two trips: 3–5 days to place the implants, then 5–7 days for the final crowns or bridge 3–6 months later, once the implants have fused with the bone. All-on-4 patients leave the first trip with fixed temporary teeth. Bone grafting or a sinus lift can lengthen the healing time.

Why two trips are needed
An implant needs time to fuse with the bone (osseointegration) before it can carry a permanent crown. Loading it too early increases the risk of failure. In selected cases with very good bone, a temporary tooth can be attached on the same day, but the final crown still follows after healing.
Planning your flights
- Book the first trip so that implant surgery is on day 2 and you have 2–3 days for check-ups afterwards.
- Flying is fine the day after implant placement; after a sinus lift ask your dentist how long to wait.
- Choose flexible tickets for the second trip; we confirm the date when your healing is checked, often from a photo or X-ray taken at home.
Can it be done in one trip?
